Had my bakkie there and paid R50k for repairs. Still have brake issues.
I made the mistake and took my Audi there. Its about 4000km later, after paying R49k for a service and repairs. The car started giving problems and decided to check the spark plugs. To my shock I had to change the plugs yesterday as it was never replaced during the service, yet I paid for it. I also had to bleed the brakes as it was not properly done when the brake fluid was changed at service time.

  This is a delayed post but better late than never. I was referred by a friend as according to him they delivered good service.
I took my car in for a water leak after servicing the car there.
Good communication initially for book in process and was told that leak not related to previous service and paid for repair service which I had no problem with initially. Car was still leaking water thereafter and I was then told it’s another issue. Was quoted another ridiculous amount and obviously I doubted whether they actually knew what the problem was. Also no apology for ‘wasted’ funds spend on something that was not the issue or any sort of refund.
In summary not very transparent and not accountable business.
Ended up selling my vehicle that I owned for 10 years.
